Maintaining Personnel Readiness, Damai Cartenz Task Force Conducts Psychological and Health Services in Nduga

Nduga, Papua Highlands – The Damai Cartenz Operation Support Task Force 2026, through its Psychology Sub-Task Force and Health Sub-Task Force led by Iptu Amelia Mega Kartika Kawilarang, carried out assistance activities for personnel at the Koteka Command Post, Kenyam District, Nduga Regency, on Monday (April 20, 2026).

This activity is part of ongoing efforts to maintain both the physical and mental readiness of personnel in the operational area, while ensuring that their health conditions are continuously monitored.

The assistance included psychological services and medical check-ups for personnel. A team consisting of psychology and medical professionals provided direct services to ensure that both mental and physical conditions remain optimal during duty.

During the psychological sessions, personnel participated in various interactive activities aimed at strengthening teamwork, improving problem-solving skills, and enhancing group cohesion. The atmosphere was warm and energetic, with personnel actively engaged in group exercises that required coordination, communication, and mutual trust.

In addition, the health team conducted physical examinations as an early detection measure for potential health issues, ensuring that personnel remain fit for operational duties.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the Damai Cartenz Support Task Force to maintaining overall personnel performance, considering the demanding conditions in Papua that require peak physical and mental readiness.

The Head of Damai Cartenz Operation 2026, Faizal Ramadhani, emphasized that supporting personnel is a crucial component of operational strategy.

“Personnel are the main asset in carrying out duties. Therefore, we ensure their physical and mental conditions are well maintained through continuous assistance,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of the Operation, Adarma Sinaga, added that such activities also serve to strengthen team solidarity in the field.

“Through activities like this, we aim to build teamwork, foster a sense of unity, and enhance personnel resilience in facing dynamic field challenges,” he said.

The activity was carried out safely and smoothly. The Damai Cartenz Operation Support Task Force 2026 will continue to optimize psychological and health support for personnel to maintain readiness and ensure the successful execution of operations in Papua.
