Jayapura — A prominent Papuan academic, Dr. Alfius Aninam, S.Th., M.Pd., has expressed his support for the implementation of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, which he believes has contributed positively to maintaining security stability in Papua.
In a statement delivered in Jayapura on Saturday (May 10, 2025), Dr. Alfius praised the efforts of the personnel involved in ensuring peace and safety amid ongoing security challenges in several areas.
“Operation Peace Cartenz has been working optimally to establish peace. This is something we must all support together,” he stated.
He also emphasized the importance of unity and preserving the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
“Indonesia remains strong. Once NKRI, always NKRI,” he declared.
Dr. Alfius hopes that this appeal and his support can serve as a meaningful contribution from the academic community to help build a safe, peaceful, and stable Papua.
