Jayapura – A religious figure from Papua, Reverend Catto Mauri, gave an invitation to the entire community to maintain calm during the plenary session at both district and provincial levels. He conveyed this in a meeting on Sunday (10/03).
In various matters, Pastor Catto Mauri emphasized the importance of accepting all the results of the final decisions that are currently being worked on or plenary at the provincial level. For him, this result is a great result of the joint work of all parties in Papua, from South Papua, Mountain Papua, Central Papua, to Papua.
“I also urge you on this occasion, if you feel something is not appropriate, please go through the existing procedures, please follow the law or follow the existing rules. Don’t be provocative, don’t provoke other brothers who don’t know the problem, then become anarchists , then brutal,” said Pastor Catto Mauri.
In his appearance, God does not sleep, and what we sow we will reap. Therefore, Pastor Catto Mauri reminded that the results of today’s plenary are the result of collaboration and joint hard work.
To the community, he invited them to continue maintaining peace and comfort in the land of Papua. Pastor Catto Mauri also emphasized not to be easily provoked by individuals who want to disturb the peace of society just for personal gain.
