Sinak, Central Papua – The presence of the state in the inland area of Papua is again felt directly by the community. Through a simple but meaningful approach, the Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation Task Force shows a humanistic service face by greeting and sharing happiness with residents in Sinak District, Wednesday (12/17/2025).
In that activity, Sinak Sector personnel, Bharada Rosihan Yuwandi Pratama and Bharada Ifaldi Syaiful Haq, went directly to the community to distribute snacks while establishing casual communication with residents. The warm interaction creates a family atmosphere that shows the harmonious relationship between the security forces and the local community.
For the people of Sinak, this activity is not just a food distribution, but a symbol of the state’s attention and concern for the social life of the community. The children looked cheerful receiving snacks, while the parents welcomed the positive open and friendly attitude shown by the Task Force personnel.
This approach is part of the effort to build mutual trust, especially in regions that have their own geographical and social challenges. The presence of friendly and communicative officers is considered to be able to grow a sense of security and strengthen the emotional bond between the community and the country.
Head of Peace Operations Cartenz-2025, Brigadier General Pol Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that sustainable security cannot be created without public trust.
“Security is not only about patrol and law enforcement, but also how the state is present and accepted by the community. The humanist approach is an important foundation to create a safe and peaceful Papua,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal Ramadhani.
According to him, activities like this are part of a long-term strategy to build stability from the lowest level, which is a harmonious relationship with the community.
In line with this, Deputy Head of Cartenz Peace Operation, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., assessed that direct interaction in the field is an effective means to understand the needs and expectations of the community.
“When the officers are present with an open and empathetic attitude, the public will feel protected. This closeness is important so that communication is well established and potential security disturbances can be prevented from an early age,” explained Kombes Pol Adarma Sinaga.
He added that all Cartenz Peace Task Force personnel continue to be directed to respect local values and uphold a persuasive approach in every task.
