Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 Strengthens Relations with Journalists in Timika

Timika – To enhance communication and foster togetherness, Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 held a friendly gathering with journalists from various media outlets in Timika City on Wednesday (August 20). The meeting took place in a warm and cordial atmosphere.

The event was organized as a manifestation of the task force’s commitment to building partnerships with the press. Through closer cooperation, it is expected that information regarding the implementation of the task force’s duties can be conveyed accurately, fairly, and in a way that strengthens public trust.

Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized the crucial role of the media in supporting the mission of the task force. According to him, the media has a strategic function in delivering accurate, balanced, and constructive information to the public.

“The media is our strategic partner. Accurate and reliable information helps maintain a conducive situation and builds public trust,” stated Brigadier General of Police Faizal.

Deputy Head of Operation, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., expressed his hope that this gathering would further strengthen cooperation between the task force and journalists.

“Through this meeting, we hope to foster stronger synergy with our journalist colleagues in delivering truthful information to the community,” said Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma.

The Public Relations Unit of Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 considered this gathering an important step in building positive and peaceful collaboration, in line with the ongoing efforts to maintain security and public order in Papua.
