Yalimo, March 4, 2025 – Members of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 carried out a humanitarian activity, sharing joy with children in Yalimo, Papua Highlands. The event was filled with laughter and warmth, reflecting efforts to bring peace to the community.
The Head of Public Relations for Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, Police Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., explained that the activity aimed to strengthen the bond between security forces and the community, especially children as the next generation. “Children’s laughter is a symbol of peace. It proves that a sense of security is beginning to take root in Yalimo,” he stated.
During the event on March 1, 2025, task force members directly interacted with the children, inviting them to play and share in the joy. The children’s laughter and bright smiles served as evidence that the situation in the region is becoming more stable, fostering hope for a better future.
