Papua- It is hoped that voting in the regional elections, which is only a few weeks away, will run smoothly and successfully without any ripples that will disturb security stability.
This was stated by the Pastor of Puncak and Puncak Jaya Parish, Pastor Febronius Angelo. He hopes that all the initial stages up to the voting as well as the vote counting and determination can proceed according to the expectations of all parties.
“Let everything that goes on in the regional election process until the election of a leader be God’s intervention, so that the undesirable does not happen,” said Pastor Febronius.
As a religious community, Pastor Febronius wants everyone to be able to obey the rules that have been determined without having to conflict for the sake of one’s interests.
“There should be no more conflicts that result in loss of life, everything has rules that apply, as a people, let’s surrender everything to the Power of the Creator,” he asked.
He emphasized that whoever is chosen will be the one who is trusted by God through society. “All candidates, including Regent, Deputy Regent, Governor and Deputy Governor, are the best people chosen by God,” he explained.
“Let’s provide good political lessons to the community, don’t do anything provocative that can divide the existing unity and peace,” he stressed.
