Pegubin- Bintang Mountains Police Chief AKBP Anto Tujuh guaranteed that the Pilkada stages in his jurisdiction would remain safe.
He emphasized that his party would remain consistent in providing security in every process carried out by the KPU.
“As the Police Chief, I am ready to secure everything so that the regional elections run well, safely, smoothly and conducively,” said the Police Chief.
He said that the TNI and Polri must be neutral, and not support one pair of candidates (Paslon).
“Because all the candidate pairs who are running are local people, so being ready to lose and being ready to win is a risk that must be accepted with a good heart,” he stressed.
“So we hope that supporters will not be easily influenced and provoked by hoax news or information,” added the Police Chief.
He also hopes that the implementation of the regional elections in the Bintang Mountains region will be conducive.
“We will deploy 140 personnel to start the voting process later,” he concluded.
