Jayapura- Papuan Traditional Leader Herman Yoku hopes that the new Governor of Papua, Ramses Limbong, can oversee the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) safely and smoothly.
“We hope that the newly appointed Acting Governor of Papua, Ramses Limbong, will be able to oversee the government process and make the regional elections a success,” he said.
According to Herman, the new governor must work in synergy with traditional leaders, women’s communities and across sectors so that the regional elections can run smoothly and successfully.
“Let’s work together with traditional leaders, women’s communities and other cross-sectors to make the Papua Regional Election a success so that we can get leaders who suit the people’s conscience,” he said.
