Jayapura – Papuan Youth Leader, Ali Kabiay, expressed his appreciation to the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force for its success in providing a sense of security to the people of Papua.
As a Saireri II Nabire Central Papua Traditional Youth Leader, Ali Kabiay hopes that the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force can maintain solidity in helping the community.
“I hope that the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force will continue to exist and will continue to be able to maintain solidity and help the community,” said Ali Kabiay.
Ali also revealed that the presence of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force in conflict-prone areas has made people who previously felt afraid of security disturbances by armed criminal groups (KKB) which are at odds with the principle of sovereignty, now feel safer.
“Many of our brothers and sisters who are in conflict-prone areas have given us feedback that they are very happy with the presence of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Task Force,” said Ali Kabiay when met in Jayapura.
Apart from that, Ali expressed his support as a young Papuan, a young Papuan figure and a young Indonesian.
“Personally, my family and the organization fully support the steps taken by the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force,” he added.
