Sinak, Central Papua – Efforts to build closeness with the community continue to be carried out by the Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation Task Force through a humanist approach in the assignment area. One of them was realized through the activity of sharing snacks to residents which was carried out by Sinak Sector personnel, namely Bharada Rosihan Yuwandi Pratama and Bharada Ifaldi Syaiful Haq on Wednesday (12/17/2025).
The two Task Force personnel appeared to be sharing snacks while interacting and talking casually with residents, creating an atmosphere full of familiarity and togetherness.
This approach aims to grow a sense of security, strengthen the emotional connection between security forces and the community, and emphasize that the presence of the Cartenz Peace Operations Task Force not only focuses on law enforcement, but also brings humanitarian values and social care.
Residents welcomed the activity with enthusiasm and warmth. The children looked happy to receive snacks, while the parents appreciated the friendly and open attitude shown by the Task Force personnel in the field.
Head of Cartenz Peace Operations, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that humanist activities are an important part of the operational strategy in maintaining security stability in Papua.
“The humanist approach is the main key in creating a safe and conducive situation. The presence of personnel in the midst of the community must be able to provide a sense of security, comfort, and show that the state is here to protect and serve,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal Ramadhani.
He added that building public trust is an important foundation in supporting the overall success of the Cartenz Peace Operation.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Cartenz Peace Operations, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., said that simple activities such as sharing food have a big impact in strengthening the relationship between officers and the community.
“Humanistic direct interaction, especially with children and local communities, is a real step to build trust. With the emotional closeness that is established, people will feel safer and will not hesitate to communicate with the officers,” said Kombes Pol Adarma Sinaga.
He emphasized that all Cartenz Peace Task Force personnel continue to be encouraged to prioritize a friendly, polite attitude, and respect local wisdom in every task.
The Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation Task Force is committed to continue to provide humane and sustainable security in Papua. Through social activities like this, the Task Force hopes to strengthen unity, grow mutual trust, and create a peaceful atmosphere for all Papuan people.
