Sinak, Central Papua — Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 continues to prioritize a persuasive and humanistic approach in carrying out its duties across Papua. One tangible manifestation of this commitment was demonstrated by personnel of the Sinak Sector, Bharada Rosihan Yuwandi Pratama and Bharada Ifaldi Syaiful Haq, who shared snacks with local residents on Wednesday (December 17, 2025).
During the activity, the two personnel not only distributed snacks but also mingled and interacted directly with the community. A warm and familial atmosphere was clearly visible as the Task Force personnel engaged in friendly conversations with residents, including children who enthusiastically received the snacks.

Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that a humanistic approach is one of the main pillars in maintaining security stability in Papua.
“The success in creating a safe and conducive environment is inseparable from public trust. Therefore, personnel must be present among the community with a calming attitude, providing protection and service,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal Ramadhani.
In line with this, the Deputy Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., stated that simple activities that directly touch the lives of the community can have a significant impact on building harmonious relationships.
“Through humanistic and empathetic interactions, personnel can establish effective communication with the community. This closeness is essential to ensure that people feel safe and comfortable engaging with security forces,” said Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga.
