JAYAPURA – Acting Governor of Papua, Agus Fatoni, confirmed that the Additional Employee Income (TPP) for civil servants (ASN) within the Papua Provincial Government will soon be disbursed. The payment process is currently awaiting the completion of the Revised Regional Budget (APBD-P) evaluation by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
“It’s true that the TPP has not been paid yet because the revised budget is still under evaluation at the Ministry of Home Affairs. The funds for payment are already available and will be distributed once the evaluation is completed,” Fatoni said in Jayapura on Monday (October 6, 2025).
Fatoni explained that the provincial government is targeting the disbursement to take place in the near future. He hopes the evaluation process will be completed soon so that civil servants can receive their entitlements without further delay.
“Once the evaluation is done—hopefully this week—we will immediately make the payment. The funds are ready and sufficient to cover around two months of arrears,” he stated.
He emphasized that the government remains committed to ensuring timely and transparent payments for all civil servants. Fatoni expressed confidence that the TPP disbursement will be realized within October.
“Our target is to complete the payment within this month,” he affirmed.
