Paniai, Central Papua — The personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 continue to demonstrate their commitment to strengthening community relations through humanitarian communication activities held in Bibida Village, Paniai Regency, on Sunday (October 5, 2025).
The activity, led by Ipda Nofri Surya Rosa, aimed to enhance the relationship between security forces and local residents while fostering mutual trust in the operational area. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, task force members mingled with the locals, engaged in light conversations, and listened to various inputs regarding the security situation and social conditions in the area.
In addition to the dialogue, the personnel also shared food and played with the children, creating a warm and joyful environment that built positive emotional connections between the officers and the community.
Residents of Bibida Village warmly welcomed the activity, expressing appreciation for the attention and approach shown by the personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz, which they felt brought peace and a sense of togetherness within the community.
The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that this activity is part of an operational strategy emphasizing humanitarian approaches as a means of maintaining security stability in Papua.
“An approach that prioritizes conscience and good communication with the people is the main foundation of Operation Peace Cartenz. We want the community to feel that the officers are here to protect and support them, not merely to enforce the law,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of building synergy and maintaining harmonious relations with local communities in every operational area.

This humanitarian communication initiative serves as tangible proof that Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 is not only focused on law enforcement, but also dedicated to fostering peace and welfare through compassion and positive interactions with the people.
