Paniai, Central Papua – Cartenz Peace Operation Personnel again showed their commitment to a humanist approach to the community through agricultural product shopping activities on Jl. Enarotali, East Paniai District, Paniai Regency, Saturday (9/27/2025).
The activity led by Ipda Syahrir Mahyudin, S.H., together with Bripda Irgi Alamsyah aims to support the local economy as well as strengthen the emotional relationship between security forces and the community.
Operation Peace Cartenz personnel interact directly with the mothers of vegetable sellers while buying the produce they sell. The warmth is reflected from the smiles and friendly greetings of the traders who feel cared for and appreciated.
Head of Cartenz Peace Operations, Brigadier General of Police. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that this activity is a real form of the apparatus’s concern for the welfare of the residents.
“We are here not only to maintain security, but also to participate in driving the economic growth of small communities. By shopping directly to local traders, we want to show that the authorities are close to the people and care about their welfare,” said Brigadier General Faizal.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Cartenz Peace Operations, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized the importance of establishing a close relationship with the community through simple but meaningful ways.
“We believe, through simple togetherness like this, a strong relationship between the apparatus and the community will be established. Mana-mama traders are an important part of Paniai’s social and economic life. We hope that the warmth that is woven today will be the foundation for the creation of mutual trust for the sake of a peaceful and prosperous Papua,” explained Adarma.
Through this activity, the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz emphasized its commitment to continue to be present with the Papuan people, not only maintaining security, but also playing an active role in supporting the local economy and realizing a harmonious life in Papua.
