Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz is Considered Successful, the Chief of the Mee Tribe in Paniai Expresses Thank You

Enarotali – The Chief of the Mee Tribe in Paniai Regency, Mr. Piet Pigai, expressed his full support for the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz in maintaining stability, security and peace in Papua. This statement was delivered which took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 15.30 WIT, located in Enarotali, Paniai Regency.

On that occasion, Mr. Pigai highly appreciated the performance of the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz which he considered to have played a big role in creating a safe and peaceful atmosphere in the Papua region, especially in Paniai Regency.

“I give direction to the people here to hold firm and strong peace. I also remember the officers of the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz who have communicated well with the community, I say thank you,” he said.

Mr. Pigai emphasized that he had conveyed to the younger generation and the local community to always respect and support the tasks of the security apparatus, especially the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz which has provided the best service for the residents of Paniai.

He also emphasized the importance of good communication between security officers and indigenous people, and appreciated the respectful attitude given by the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz towards local culture, so that there is good communication. “They really appreciate the culture here, and we hope that in the future we will live well together,” he added.

As a traditional figure, Mr. Pigai hopes that the presence of the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz will continue to bring a positive impact to the Papuan people, and invites all Paniai residents to jointly maintain security and peace for a better future.
