Paniai, Central Papua — In an effort to strengthen the relationship between security forces and the community, the Peace Operation Task Force Cartenz held an activity themed “Sharing Joy with Children” in Paniai Regency, Central Papua, on Sunday (20/7/2025). The event was filled with various fun activities such as educational games, friendly interactions, and the distribution of small prizes, which were enthusiastically received by the children and local residents.
The hope is that the presence of security personnel can foster trust within the community and build emotional closeness with the young generation of Papua through a friendly and enjoyable approach.
Head of the Peace Operation Cartenz, Brigadier General Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by the Deputy Head of Peace Operation Cartenz, Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., explained that this activity is part of a humanist approach, which has been one of the main strategies of the Task Force in creating a peaceful atmosphere in Papua.
“The presence of Ops Peace Cartenz is not only to maintain security but also to bring peace and foster mutual trust between security personnel and the community. Children are the future of Papua, and they deserve happiness and attention,” said Brigadier General Faizal.
The presence of the Task Force created a warm and joyful atmosphere, where personnel directly engaged in accompanying and entertaining the children, creating positive moments within the community.
Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations of Ops Peace Cartenz, Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., urged all community elements to continue maintaining regional stability and strengthening the sense of togetherness that has already been established.
“We invite all community members to maintain peace, respect one another, and stay away from any provocation that could disrupt the social order that has been well maintained so far,” emphasized Commissioner Yusuf.
