Paniai, Central Papua – In an effort to strengthen bonds between security forces and local communities, the Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force held a community outreach event titled “Sharing Joy with Children” in Paniai Regency, Central Papua, on Sunday (July 20, 2025).
The event featured a variety of fun and educational activities such as interactive games, gift distribution, and warm social interactions. The atmosphere was cheerful and lively, with children and local residents participating enthusiastically.
Brigadier General Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., Commander of the Cartenz Peace Operation, stated that the activity reflects the task force’s ongoing human-centered approach to promoting peace and public trust in Papua.
“We are here not only to uphold security but to foster peace and build emotional connections with the community. Children are the future of Papua—they deserve joy, care, and attention,” said Brig. Gen. Faizal during his official statement.
The statement was delivered with the support of Deputy Commander of the Cartenz Peace Operation, Commissioner Adarma Sinaga, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., who accompanied Brig. Gen. Faizal during the media briefing.
Meanwhile, Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., Head of Public Relations for the Cartenz Peace Operation, encouraged all members of the public to help maintain regional stability and safeguard social unity.
“We call on everyone to continue fostering peace, respecting one another, and resisting all forms of provocation that could disturb the existing harmony. Peace is a shared responsibility,” he emphasized.
