Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz Visits Residents and Children in Kulirik District, Puncak Jaya

Puncak Jaya – Personnel from the Public Relations Task Force of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 once again demonstrated their commitment to fostering closer ties with the community through humanitarian activities involving children in the Papua Highlands. This time, the activity took place at the Operational Task Force Post in Kulirik District, Puncak Jaya Regency, on Wednesday (July 2, 2025) at 11:00 AM local time.

Led by Briptu Eroza Feryan Perdana, S.H., and Bripda Rafli Abdullah, S.H., the event was filled with warmth and joy, especially among the children who enthusiastically participated. In a friendly and engaging atmosphere, the PR Task Force members shared encouragement, affection, and hope as a tangible expression of the Indonesian Police’s persuasive approach in maintaining security and engaging in dialogue with local residents.

The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., expressed his appreciation for the humanitarian initiative, which directly impacts the lives of the community.

“Activities like this are crucial in building trust and fostering closeness with the community, especially among Papua’s younger generation. Small gestures like these can become the seeds of lasting peace. This is the true face of the police—protective and present to bring hope,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal.

This initiative is part of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025’s public communication strategy to showcase the human side of security forces and build a positive perception of their presence within the community.

The Head of Public Relation of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., emphasized the importance of maintaining the closeness developed through such activities.

“We call on all elements of society to work together in creating a safe and peaceful environment, especially for the children who represent Papua’s future. The police are not only present to maintain security but also to embrace the community and help build a better future together,” said Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf.

Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 remains committed to continuing its humanitarian approach throughout its operational areas, with the hope of creating a safe and harmonious environment for a peaceful and prosperous Papua.
