Jayapura — The Chairman of the Youth Wing of Panca Marga Papua and also the Head of the Red and White Front of Jayapura City, Niko Mauri, expressed his high appreciation for the success of the Damai Cartenz-2025 Operation Task Force in enforcing the law against Armed Criminal Groups (KKB) in Papua.
According to him, the firm and measured efforts by the Task Force have brought about real change in conflict-prone areas in Papua. “The actions taken by the Damai Cartenz Task Force have had a significant impact on public security, especially in regions that have long been affected by acts of violence,” said Niko on Tuesday (June 17).
He explained that the KKB had long instilled fear among the people through violent actions. However, the current situation is gradually stabilizing. Community activities are returning to normal, children have resumed school, and residents can now work without fear.
On behalf of the community, Niko extended his sincere gratitude and highest appreciation to the Indonesian National Police, particularly through the Damai Cartenz-2025 Task Force, for their dedication in maintaining security and firmly dealing with the disruptive groups.
