Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 Brings New Hope for the Future of Papua’s Children Through Education

Mimika – Education is a bridge to a better future, especially for children in the remote areas of Papua. This spirit inspired the personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 to be present directly among the children in Mimika Regency, sharing enthusiasm for learning and motivating them to continue pursuing their dreams.

Led by Iptu I Gde Pradana, S.Ds., along with two other members, this humanitarian activity took place warmly on Jalan Pemuda, Kamoro Jaya, Mimika Baru District, starting at 10.30 WIT until completion. The event was not limited to distributing books as learning resources but also included playing soccer with the children and sharing candy and sweets as a symbol of togetherness and care.

The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by Deputy Head of Peace Operation Cartenz, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized the crucial role of education for the future of Papua’s young generation.

“Education is the gateway to the future, and through this activity, we want to ensure that children in Papua, especially in Mimika, have a strong passion for learning and the confidence to pursue their dreams,” said Brigadier General of Police Faizal Ramadhani.

He further stated that the Indonesian National Police, through Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz, is committed to providing real support to the young generation of Papua. “We are not only here to maintain security, but also to stand as friends and motivators for the children, so they can face the future with optimism and confidence,” he added.

The children warmly welcomed the activity. They were excited to study together, laughed joyfully while playing soccer, and cherished the moments of togetherness that they rarely experience.

The Head of Public Relations for Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., stated that the presence of police personnel among the community is expected to inspire and spark new enthusiasm in Papua’s children.

“The children were very happy with our presence. This shows how important it is to give attention and affection to them, so they feel cared for and supported in achieving their dreams,” said Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo.

The Indonesian National Police, through Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025, remains committed to supporting education as the foundation for Papua’s future. This humanitarian activity is hoped to be a small yet meaningful step in the collective effort to build a bright, intelligent, and character-driven generation, ready to contribute to Indonesia’s progress.
