MIMIKA – Personnel of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 held a book-sharing and play activity with children on Jalan Pemuda, Kamoro Jaya, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency, on Saturday (June 1, 2025). The event began at 10:30 WIT and was led by First Inspector (Iptu) I Gde Pradana, accompanied by two other officers.
The Head of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Brigadier General of Police (Brigjen Pol.) Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, stated that the event aimed to motivate children to stay enthusiastic about their education and pursue their dreams. “Education is the key to their future,” he emphasized.
In addition to distributing books, the personnel played soccer with the children and handed out candies as a gesture of togetherness and joy.
The Head of Public Relations of Peace Operation Cartenz 2025, Chief Commissioner of Police (Kombes Pol.) Yusuf Sutejo, said the activity was warmly welcomed. “The children were visibly happy with the presence of our officers. It was a heartwarming moment and a show of police support for Papua’s young generation,” he said.
