Mimika – In the spirit of supporting the education of children in Papua, the personnel of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 held a humanist activity to share books and play with children on Pemuda Street, Kamoro Jaya, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency, Saturday (1/6/2025).
The activity, which was led directly by Iptu I Gde Pradana, S.Ds., with two other members, took place from 10.30 WIT until the end. This activity is part of the effort to support the learning spirit of the younger generation at Mimika.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Brigadier General Police Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H. accompanied by Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum. said that this humanist activity aims to motivate the community, especially children in Mimika Regency, to remain enthusiastic in pursuing education and achieving their ideals.
“Through this activity, we want to give encouragement to our siblings in Mimika to study diligently, continue to go to school, and have high aspirations. Education is the key to their future,” said Brigadier General Police Faizal Ramadhani
Not only sharing books and learning together, Operation Peace Cartenz personnel also play ball with children, and distribute sweets and sweets as a form of togetherness and cheerfulness.
Head of Public Relations Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., revealed that this activity was enthusiastically welcomed by children.
“The children look very happy and happy with the presence of the personnel of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025. This togetherness became a moment that imprinted in their hearts, as a form of support from the National Police to the young generation in Papua,” said Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo
This humanist activity is expected to be an inspiration for children in Mimika to continue to be enthusiastic in acquiring knowledge in order to achieve a better future.
