Puncak Jaya – The Peace Cartenz-2025 Task Force, operating in the Puncak Jaya sector, continues to show its compassion for the local community through a social initiative that involved distributing clothing to children in the region. This activity took place at the Kulirik Post on Thursday (May 29, 2025), under the leadership of First Inspector Debi and his team.
In a warm and friendly setting, task force members were seen helping children put on their new clothes, a gesture observed by local residents. This effort forms part of the humanitarian approach emphasized by the Peace Cartenz-2025 Task Force to strengthen connections between security forces and the community, especially in hard-to-reach areas like Puncak Jaya.
Brigadier General Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., Chief of the Peace Cartenz-2025 Task Force, stressed the importance of such activities in building trust and harmonious relations with the people of Papua. Accompanied by Deputy Chief of Operations, Senior Commissioner Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., he remarked that these social efforts aim to both provide support and enhance the sense of security among local communities.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to protect, serve, and build trust with the people. By engaging directly, we aim to foster an emotional connection with the children, laying a foundation of trust and safety,” said Brigadier General Faizal Ramadhani.
Senior Commissioner Wahyu, S.I.K., Head of Operations for the Peace Cartenz-2025 Task Force, elaborated on the significance of prioritizing a humanitarian approach. “We want our presence to be seen as a solution for the community. While the clothing might seem simple, it carries great importance for the children in this area,” he explained.
