Intan Jaya — In an effort to create a safe and orderly public environment in Papua, the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2025 continues to promote a humanist approach. One such initiative was demonstrated through a free haircut service held in Sugapa, Intan Jaya Regency, on Monday (May 5, 2024).
The activity, aimed at children, is part of a broader strategy to build trust between law enforcement and the local community. Deputy Head of the Operation, Chief Commissioner of Police (Kombes Pol) Adarma Sinaga, stated that programs like this foster positive interaction and strengthen emotional ties with residents. “Children are our bridge to reach out to families and the wider community,” he said.
Head of Public Relation (Kasatgas Humas) of Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz, Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf Sutejo, reaffirmed the police’s commitment to maintaining peace in Papua by involving communities in the process. “We invite the public to work together in creating a peaceful, harmonious, and prosperous environment,” he concluded.
