Jayapura – The Cartenz-2025 Peace Operation Public Relations Task Force carried out visiting and friendship activities for residents in Hamadi Fisherman Village, South Jayapura District, Jayapura City, Papua, on Monday (5/5/2025).
In that activity, Public Relations Task Force personnel also distributed food packages as a form of care and humanistic approach to the community. This activity is also a means to convey the messages of the kamtibmas so that the community can also maintain the stability of security in their region.
The activity is directly led by the Public Relations Task Force Officer, Iptu I Gede Pradana S. S.Ds. and Ipda Syahrir Mahyuddin, S.H., and received a warm welcome from residents. The familiar atmosphere was also seen, where children to adults seemed enthusiastic to participate in a series of activities that took place on Jalan Perikanan, Kampung Hamadi.
Head of Peace Operation Cartenz-2025, Brigadier General Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by Deputy Head of Operations, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., said that this visit is part of a strategy to prevent potential security disturbances as well as ward off the influence of political criminal groups that can encourage people to act against the law.
“We want the public to remain alert and not easily provoked by parties who want to interfere with security stability,” said Brigadier General Poice Faizal
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Chief Commissioner of apolice Yusuf Sutejo, S.I.K., M.T., emphasized that his party continues to appeal to all elements of the community, especially the residents of Hamadi Village, to always maintain the Kamtibmas situation for the sake of creating a safe, peaceful, and prosperous Papua.
“Community support is the key in creating a conducive environment. With strong synergy, we can keep Papua peaceful,” concluded Chief Commissioner of Police Yusuf.
This activity is expected to strengthen the relationship between the security apparatus and the community and become a real example that the persuasive and humanist approach is able to create a sense of security and togetherness in the middle of the Papuan community.
