JAYAPURA– Entering the holy month of Ramadan, Telkomsel once again strengthens its role as a leading digital telecommunication service provider for people in Maluku and Papua through the Telkomsel Siaga RAFI 2025 program with the theme “Make Ramadan Your Best”.
This theme reflects Telkomsel’s commitment in supporting customers to experience Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr more meaningfully through the best digital services and unlimited connectivity. With reliable network technology, Telkomsel wants to ensure that people can stay connected with family, friends, and various digital services during this important moment.
General Manager of Regional Network Operations and Productivity Telkomsel Maluku and Papua, Yasrinaldi, in a press release in Jayapura, stated that Telkomsel is committed to providing a smooth and quality communication experience for all customers in the region.
“Through Telkomsel Siaga RAFI 2025 commitment, we want to make sure every customer can enjoy the moment of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr with full of ease, comfort, and happiness. We continue to increase network capacity to meet the increasing communication needs during this period,” said Yasrinaldi.
To support the smooth connectivity during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, Telkomsel has operated thousands of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) in more than 53 cities/districts, covering up to 75,03 percent of the population areas in Maluku and Papua. With this infrastructure, Telkomsel is trying to provide more stable network services, especially in areas that have increased communication traffic during Ramadan.
In addition, Telkomsel also increases service capacity in crowded centers, such as mosques, traditional markets, terminals, airports, and shopping centers, which are predicted to experience a surge in users during Ramadan and before Eid al-Fitr.
In addition, in order to share happiness in this blessed month, Telkomsel also holds social programs, such as the distribution of food packages, educational assistance, and support to local communities in various regions. This program aims to spread smiles and provide a sustainable positive impact for people throughout Indonesia, especially in Maluku and Papua.
Through network improvement and better services, Telkomsel hopes to help people live Ramadan more meaningfully, smoothly, and full of inspiration.
“We want customers in Maluku and Papua to experience the best digital experience during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. With increasingly reliable connectivity, we hope the public can continue to connect with the closest people and carry out digital activities comfortably,” added Yasrinaldi.
With various initiatives presented in Telkomsel Siaga RAFI 2025, people are expected to enjoy the month of Ramadan more comfortably, remain productive, and continue to establish friendships despite the limited distance.
