Yalimo – The afternoon atmosphere in Yalimo Regency turned warm when members of the Cartenz Peace Ops Task Force attended and mingled with the local community, Monday (27/1). With friendly smiles and relaxed dialogue, they not only built closeness, but also brought gifts in the form of a football and a volleyball as a form of concern and support for positive activities in the area.
Head of the Cartenz Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force, Police Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo, explained that this activity was a form of members’ concern for the community in their assigned area. One concrete manifestation of this activity is the provision of assistance in the form of one football and one volleyball to the local community.
“Giving this ball is not just a symbol, but a form of our support for sports activities and togetherness in Yalimo. “We hope that the community, especially young people, can be more active in positive activities,” said Kombes Yusuf.
Apart from providing aid, Task Force personnel also interacted directly with residents, listened to input, and had light discussions while providing advice on Community Security and Order in Yalimo. This activity takes place in a warm and family atmosphere.
