Papua- A warm atmosphere enveloped Elelim Airport, Yalimo Regency, when the Head of the Public Relations Task Force for the Cartenz Peace Operation, Senior Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo, greeted local residents on Friday morning (24/1/2025).
His presence brought a message of brotherhood and a sense of security that was expected by the local community.
The enthusiasm of the residents was evident from the smiles and warm welcome given to the police officers. In his short dialogue, Senior Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo emphasized that the Police, through the Cartenz Peace Operation, were present as the vanguard to protect the Papuan people from security threats posed by armed criminal groups (KKB).
“The Cartenz Peace Operation is a real manifestation of the presence of the Police to create a sense of security and comfort for the Papuan people. We want to ensure that the community can live in peace,” said Senior Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo in his statement.
