Papua- Fernando Flin Samberi, Chair of APMPPP (Association of Youth and Students Concerned with Papuan Development), we must focus on studying, don’t be provoked and also urge our colleagues not to be provoked or influenced by inviting them to act against the rules and commit acts of treason.
“We go outside the region to gain knowledge with the aim of developing our region. “So we have to focus on studying and achieving achievements so that it becomes the pride of our parents and local communities,” said Fernando Flin Samberi.
According to him, Papuan children who continue their studies out of blood are the hope of the community to be able to gain knowledge and later return to Papua to be able to develop the region.
“So, let’s not be people who are influenced by things that can damage the goals and hopes of our society,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Chair of Papuan Children’s Literacy (LAP), M. Ridwan Kambori, conveyed that the issues played by several children who are members of the Papuan Student Alliance (AMP) are very detrimental and disturb the concentration of students who study science outside the Papua region. .
“We Papuans must appreciate the services of our ancestors who sacrificed their lives to fight Dutch colonialism and unite in framing the Republic of Indonesia,” said M. Ridwan Kambori.
“We must not be taken in by incitement that pits people against each other. “Unrest will bring misery to our own society,” he added.
