Papua- The General Election Commission (KPU) of Nduga Regency, Papua Mountains, ensures that all preparations for the 2024 regional head elections (Pilkada) for governors and regents are going well.
The chairman of the Nduga KPU, Yosekat Kogoya, said that his location had received regional election logistics from a third party.
“We have received 100 percent and stored it in storage,” said Yosekat Kogoya.
He confirmed that he was ready to make the election of the Governor of Mountainous Papua and the Regent of Nduga a success.
“Logistical distribution to polling stations (TPS) will be carried out one day before the election. “As agreed, all voting places will be in the capital city of Nduga Regency,” he said.
Currently the KPU is focused on bringing in ad hoc bodies from Wamena, Jayawijaya Regency to Nduga Regency.
Yosekat Kogoya invited the people of Nduga Cipta to take part in peacemaking.
“Let’s create a peaceful election in Nduga, we respect each other, love each other to achieve a prosperous life,” he said.
