Jayapura – The website development training organized by the Papua Regional Police (Polda Papua) in collaboration with the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) entered its third day on Monday, October 21, 2024. Held in Wahno Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City, the program has been met with great enthusiasm by local youth.
On this third day, participants learned website design skills under the guidance of instructors Brigadier Reinaldy Nata Rianto and Brigadier Bunaya Darunawa. The two instructors eagerly led the participants from the basics to creating fully functional websites.
Brigadier Reinaldy emphasized the importance of Papua’s youth staying prepared for rapid technological advancements. “As technology continues to develop at a fast pace, we must prepare ourselves to keep up. This training is aimed at equipping Papua’s youth with the knowledge they need to compete at both the national and international levels,” he stated.
Yani Randongkir, the person in charge of PYCH, also expressed pride in the participants’ enthusiasm and ability to design websites. “This marks a significant change, demonstrating that Papua’s youth are ready to become contenders in the tech world,” she said.
Meanwhile, Chief Instructor from the Papua Police, AKP Sosra Antoni A. Md., Han, expressed hope that the participants would contribute to Papua’s development. “Papua needs creative young people to build its future. We hope that the youth of Papua will grow alongside global technological advancements,” he remarked.
The training is seen as an important first step for Papua’s youth in mastering technology and making a positive impact on the region’s development.
