Since being entrusted to oversee Cartenz Peace Operations as Head of Operations (Kaops) from 2023-2024, he has achieved many successes.

In February 2023, the Joint Team of the Cartenz Peace Task Force successfully evacuated 15 construction workers who were threatened by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) led by Egianus Kogoya in the Paro District, Nduga Regency.
Two months later, the Cartenz Peace Task Force successfully secured 1 suspected Armed Criminal Group (KKB) in the Puncak Regency area. In addition, the joint Cartenz Peace Task Force of the TNI-Polri managed to secure 2 long-barreled firearms and 1 short-barreled weapon along with hundreds of rounds of ammunition in the Camp Simal Area, Nduga Regency.
In May 2023, the Cartenz Peace Task Force successfully arrested Anis Taplo, who works as a weapons and ammunition network in Pegunugan Bintang Regency and also succeeded in securing Kopitua Heluka KKB Yahukimo who is suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder at kilo 7 lokpon, Yahukimo Regency.
A month later, the Joint Team of the Cartenz Peace Task Force and the Yapen Islands Police managed to raid and occupy the KKB headquarters in Ambaidiru Village, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency.
“The raid began with a series of KKB actions that burned heavy equipment and raised the Morning Star flag,” said Senior Commissioner of Police Dr. Bayu Suseno.
He continued, in August 2023, the Cartenz Peace Task Force and the Yahukimo Police again managed to raid the KKB Kodap XVI Yahukimo headquarters led by Kopitua Heluka located behind the Yahukimo Regent’s Office and there was armed contact between the Cartenz Peace Task Force Personnel. In the contact, 2 KKB members died.
Entering September, the Joint Apparatus of the Cartenz Peace Task Force managed to shoot dead 2 KKB members who were involved in a gunfight with security forces on September 11, 2023.
“The gunfight began with the burning of the Ilaga Hospital health workers’ housing building which was allegedly carried out by the Puncak KKB,” explained Senior Commissioner of Police. Dr. Bayu Suseno.

“Brigen Pol. Faizal Ramadhani at the end of his term as Head of Operations of the Cartenz Peace Task Force in 2023 managed to arrest 3 KNPB members who were suspected of murdering Papuan female activist Michelle Kurisi Doga in Jayawijaya Regency,” he concluded.
During the implementation of the Cartenz-2023 peace task force operation, 33 members of the armed criminal group (KKB) were successfully arrested, 19 KKB were successfully killed, 32 weapons were successfully confiscated, 1,279 rounds of ammunition, 25 magazines, 107 communication devices, 31 sharp weapons, 334 other items including attributes, flags and others and successfully occupied and controlled 42 KKB headquarters.

Senior Commissioner of Police Dr. Bayu Suseno, in his statement again explained that, since January 21, 2024, as many as 5 KKB members were reported killed in a gunfight with joint TNI-Polri troops in Intan Jaya Regency and on January 23, 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Task Force again succeeded in shooting dead 1 KKB member in the Intan Jaya area named Harisatu Nambagani when a gunfight occurred at the Tigamajigi tower post, Sugapa, Intan Jaya Regency.

The first, on February 3, 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force succeeded in securing 3 KKB members in Omukia District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua Province.

Dr. Bayu Suseno, explained, 4 (four) days later the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force, succeeded in bringing the defendant named Penihas Heluka alias Kopi Tua Heluka to the Wamena Class IIA District Court because he was legally proven to be involved in the murder case of Private Eka Johan Kaize at the Yahukimo Regional Government Housing Complex and Brigadir Usdar in front of the BRI Bank, Dekai unit, Yahukimo.
Furthermore, on the week of February 18, 2024, 1 member of the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) named ALENUS TABUNI alias KOBUTER was secured by the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force in front of the Ilaga District Health Center, Puncak Regency while joining a group of people standing in front of the Ilaga District Health Center.
On February 20, 2024, precisely at the Lavela In Hotel, Mimika, the Caetenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force successfully secured a KKB member, EPSON NIRIGI who acted as a supplier of ammunition and firearms to the KKB Kodap III Ndugama group, led by Egianus Kogoya in Mimika Regency, Central Papua and at the end of the month On Thursday, February 22, 2024, the Joint TNI-Polri Apparatus of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Task Force and the Yahukimo Marine Yonif 7 Task Force successfully took action in the Kali Brasa Area, Dekai District, Yahukimo Regency.
“In the incident, the joint team managed to paralyze 1 person suspected of being a KKB member and secure 2 witnesses at the scene of the action,” explained Kombes Pol. Dr. Bayu Suseno.
He continued, in March 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force successfully arrested 1 member of the Puncak area Armed Criminal Group (KKB), named Jukius Tabuni (32 years old) in Kago Village, Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua Province.
A month later, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force together with the Amole 2024 Task Force and the Nanggala Task Force managed to shoot dead 2 members of the Mimika region KKB suspected of being Abubakar Kogoya or (ABK), and Demianus Magay (DM) around Kali Kabur, Mile 69 Tembagapura District, Mimika Regency
On Monday, April 8, 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Gakkum Task Force managed to secure one KKB member named Bui Wonda alias Bossman Wenda related to weapons and ammunition and On Thursday, April 11, 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force for the Yahukimo Region managed to paralyze 2 active KKB members of the Kopi Tua Heluka group and the Yotam Bugiangge group. They are Afrika Heluka, an active KKB member of the Yahukimo group led by Kopi Tua Heluka and Toni Wetapo alias Toni Giban, an active KKB member of the Yahukimo group led by Yotam Bugiangge.
In May 2024, the Gakkum Task Force Personnel of the Cartenz-2024 Peaceful Operations accompanied the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) Team of the Nduga Police, Papua Pegunungan Province, to transfer suspect EN alias Epson Nirigi to the Wamena District Attorney’s Office (Kejari) of Jayawijaya Regency and also succeeded in securing someone suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder of the late Danramil 1703-4/Aradide, First Lieutenant (Anm.) Oktovianus Sogalrey who was caught in the middle of carrying away the victim’s cell phone.

Not only that, the joint TNI-Polri and Cartenz-2024 Peaceful Operations Task Force have again succeeded in shooting dead 1 KKB member named Basoka Lawiya alias Masyarakat Kogoya who is the Adjutant of KKB leader Undius Kogoya, in East Paniai District, Paniai Regency.
“In June 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peaceful Operations Task Force succeeded in arresting “M.O” when he was about to carry out a weapons transaction in Depapre District, Jayapura Regency and also the Cartenz-2024 Peaceful Operations Task Force, has succeeded in arresting Petrus Oyaitouw aged 74 years (farmer) in Hedam Village, Heram District, Jayapura City related to firearms sales cases in Jayapura”, explained Kombes Pol. He continued, on June 7, the Cartenz Peace Task Force succeeded in arresting Sarius Indey, a New Suspect in the Firearms Case in Hamadi, Fisherman’s Village, South Jayapura District, Jayapura City. A week later, the Cartenz 2024 Peace Operation Task Force, the XVII/Cenderawasih Military Command and the Papua Police succeeded in occupying the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) Headquarters, led by Undius Kogoya in Bibida District, Paniai Regency.
“It didn’t stop there, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force and the TNI-Polri succeeded in shooting dead one KKB around the KKB headquarters in Bibida District, Paniai, which was suspected of being a KKB from the Undius Kogoya KKB group.” said Kombes Pol. Dr. Bayu Suseno.
In July 2024, the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force, successfully arrested one KKB named Basoka Lawiya who was the KKB Kodap VIII Intan Jaya led by Undius Kogoya in Topo Village, Uwapa District, Nabire Regency, Central Papua. And in August 2024, the Joint TNI-Polri Apparatus of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force successfully evacuated the body of the helicopter pilot belonging to PT. Intan Angkasa Air Service, Mr. Glen Malcolm Conning from Alama District to Timika.

“Not only that, precisely on the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, the Joint TNI-Polri Team from the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force managed to arrest and secure the DPO of the Nduga Armed Criminal Group (KKB), Rife Kerebea, alias Erik, alias Trisna Telenggen who is a trusted person of Egianus Kogoya in Nduga Regency, Central Papua.” Said Kombes Pol.
