Jayapura- Over the past few weeks, the actions of Armed Criminal Groups have continued to cause destruction or cause a lot of damage. This makes security forces carry out tighter security than before.
This addition can be seen from several National Police personnel adding to their troops in the District. Puncak Jaya, Central Papua due to riots that occurred several days ago. On the other hand, in Kab. Bintang Mountains has also been ordered by several personnel from both the TNI and Polri to guard the area where the school burned down which was carried out by the KKB.
Quoting from several media, the TNI-Polri are trying to increase security so that more personnel are deployed to help provide security in the area.
Several community figures in Papua also voiced that security forces must be present in the area to avoid incidents carried out by armed criminal groups.
Through these steps taken by the Security Forces, it is hoped that the comfort of the surrounding environment can be maintained until we enter Regional Head Election Day (Pilkada) in Tanah Papua.
