“I hope that the whole community, even though their choices will be different, will not let this become a polemic that can divide the brotherhood. “Let’s continue to live in harmony and continue to maintain harmony between citizens,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Papua Regional Police, Police Commissioner. Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo.
The Head of Public Relations of the Papua Regional Police hopes that the implementation of the regional elections in Papua and the three new autonomous regions will be as successful, safe and smooth as the previous elections. This was said by Commissioner Benny, in line with the direction of the Papua Police Chief, Inspector General of Police. Mathius D. Fakhiri.
“The direction from the Regional Police Chief includes community activities in police services as well as communication and interaction with the community to continue to be improved,” he added.
He added that this step was an elaboration of the Regional Police Chief’s direction for his staff, to absorb various community aspirations regarding police services. At the same time, it is a concrete manifestation of the presence of Polri members in society.
