Dogiyai, Papua – In an effort to ensure a conducive security and public order situation (kamtibmas) ahead of Bhayangkara Day on July 1, the Dogiyai Police and the Damai Cartenz Task Force have initiated intensive patrols throughout the Dogiyai region.
This preventive measure was spearheaded by the Deputy Chief of Dogiyai Police, AKP Muh. Tahir, who instructed all personnel to enhance their patrol activities. These instructions were executed by the Head of Operations of Dogiyai Police, AKP Manaf Anggiluli, who organized a large-scale patrol on Saturday, June 29, 2024.
The patrol was independently conducted by the Dogiyai Police, involving 40 officers from various departments. The operation was led directly by the Head of Operations and accompanied by the Commander of the Damai Cartenz Task Force’s Law Enforcement Unit, Iptu Sudomo, SH.
“We deliberately did not involve our colleagues from the military because they are already conducting similar activities,” said AKP Manaf Anggiluli.
This patrol initiative demonstrates the Dogiyai Police’s commitment to maintaining security and public order in their jurisdiction.
