Head of Cartenz 2024 Peace Operations Kombes Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., when confirmed, said that the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force together with the joint TNI-Polri team had carried out firm and measurable law enforcement against the KKB Group in Paniai Regency.
“It’s true, we have carried out strict and measurable law enforcement against the KKB group led by Undius Kogoya in Bibida District, Bibida Village, Paniai Regency which has been actively carrying out criminal acts, resulting in civilians becoming victims,” concluded Police Commissioner Dr. Faizal Ramadhani.
He continued, The implementation of strict and measurable law enforcement against the KKB in Paniai district involved joint TNI-Polri personnel from the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops task force, Kodam XVII/Cenderawasih and Papua Regional Police.

“When our team carried out firm and measured law enforcement and enforcement, the KKB led by Undius Kogoya ran away from their headquarters towards the forest in the Intan Jaya district. AKBP. Dr. Bayu Suseno added, in this firm and measurable law enforcement operation against the KKB in Paniai district, we involved joint personnel from the TNI-Polri and this law enforcement operation, carried out for 3 days from Friday 14 June 2024 to Monday 17 June now.
“We reaffirm that the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force is committed to continuing to enforce firm and measurable laws against the KKB in Papua,” concluded the Head of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force.
He added that the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation will continue to carry out firm and measurable pursuit and enforcement of the law against the KKB group led by Undius Kogoya which has so far carried out a number of criminal acts in Paniai Regency as well as against other KKB groups in the 9 Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation areas in Papua.
