Jayapura – In order to welcome Bhayangkara’s 78th birthday, the Cartenz Peace Ops 2024 Health Sub-Task Force together with the Jayapura City Police Binmas held health education activities aimed at providing an understanding of the dangers of narcotics and promiscuity to the community and street children, Friday ( 6/14/2024) afternoon.
The personnel involved in this activity were First Inspector Abdul Hamid, who served as Head of the Community Police Binmas City Police, and Bripka Heribertus A.B. Tena, a personnel from the Cartenz 2024 Peace Ops Health Sub-Task Force Ban Task Force. They actively deliver outreach materials at various complexes in the city of Jayapura.
The series of activities started at 15.00 WIT at the Ampera complex, Gurabesi Village. Where personnel provide health education about the dangers of narcotics and promiscuity.
Head of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force, AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.M., M.H, when asked for information, said that apart from providing education, his party also shares love with the local community, showing concern and attention to existing social problems.
“Personnel also provide the same education to the community in the Kloofkam and variant complexes, emphasizing the importance of protecting themselves from the bad influence of narcotics and promiscuity and how to avoid and deal with these problems,” said AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno.
This series of outreach and love sharing activities ended at 16.30 WIT. Even though it is short, Bayu hopes that this activity will be able to have a positive impact and increase public awareness about the importance of maintaining health and staying away from narcotics and promiscuity.
This activity is also a concrete form of Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops’ concern with the Jayapura City Police for the community, as well as an effort to create a healthier and safer environment for all parties.
“The commemoration of Bhayangkara’s 78th anniversary is not only a moment to celebrate, but also an opportunity to strengthen relations between the police and the community through educational and useful activities,” concluded the Head of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Public Relations Task Force, AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno.
As the Head of the City Police Binmas Community Police Unit, Aiptu Abdul Hamid said, the love visit carried out by Ops Damai Cartenz-2024 was very extraordinary, because some of the people he met had disadvantaged and backward backgrounds.
“With this collaboration, we are very grateful to Ops Damai Cartenz. “Where apart from sharing love, guidance and counseling is also provided to the community so that they don’t easily fall into negative things,” he said.
The same thing was also conveyed by Bripka Heribertus A.B. Tena, personnel from the Assistance Task Force, Peace Ops Health Sub-Task Force cartenz-2024. He said that this activity was part of welcoming the 78th Bhayangkara Day which falls on July 1 2024.
“We from the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Assistance Sub-Task Force today distributed food to the community and children around the city of Jayapura,” he said.
He also hopes that these activities can continue to be carried out so that good relations can be established between the community and the National Police.
The community’s enthusiasm for the Health Education and Sharing Love activities that were held was visible, where faces of happiness and enthusiasm also radiated when personnel greeted each other while providing information to the community.
Not only that, the residents also congratulated the National Police on their 78th birthday as a form of gratitude and gratitude.
