National Police Human Resources Level, ODC Task Force 2024 Provides Training to Youth Non-Commissioned Officers of the Bintang Mountains Police

Jayapura City- In order to improve Human Resources (HR) within the National Police, ODC 2024 personnel provided training for young NCOs at the Bintang Mountains Police, Tuesday 28 May 2024.

This activity aims to provide young NCOs with the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their duties in the field. The training covers various important materials, starting from an introduction to weapons, eskrima martial arts and Navrat (Land Navigation).

IPTU Mountains Bintang Sector Dansector M. Kasim Lating, S.Tr.K., said that this training was part of the National Police’s efforts to increase the professionalism and competence of the Bintang Mountains Police Youth Non-Commissioned Officer personnel.

“We hope that through this training, young non-commissioned officers can be more prepared and responsive in facing various challenges in the field, especially in areas with special characteristics such as the Bintang Mountains,” he said.

He added, apart from improving operational techniques, this training also emphasized the importance of a humanist approach in carrying out police duties.

“A humanist approach and service to the community is the key to building trust and cooperation between the National Police and the community,” he added.

It is hoped that this training activity can improve human resources, so that the National Police can continue to provide the best service to the community and maintain security and order throughout Indonesia.
