Oksibil- In an effort to make the mosque prosperous and provide the best service to the community, ODC 2024 personnel carried out Friday sermons at the Cahaya Divine Mosque, Kab. Peg. Bintang, Friday 12 April 2024.
This activity not only includes delivering sermons but also keeping in touch, both with fellow local police personnel and with the community who come to perform Friday prayers.
IPTU Muh. Kasim Lating, S.Tr.K., as District Sector Commander. Peg. Bintang explained that the Friday sermon carried out by personnel was an ODC 2024 innovation which aims to make mosques in the district prosperous. Peg. Bintang and as a means to convey moral messages and social security to the community.
“In its implementation, our personnel take turns giving Friday sermons. “This is done to make the mosque prosperous and make a positive contribution to society,” he said.
Meanwhile, Head of the ODC 2024 Public Relations Task Force AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, SH., SIK., MM., MH., said that although his duties as a member of the National Police were not easy, the 2001 AKPOL graduate emphasized the importance of carrying out his obligations as a Muslim.
“We have a responsibility to the Creator, and that is a duty we must not abandon,” he added.
This activity is expected to have a positive impact and demonstrate ODC 2024’s commitment to providing the best service and contribution to society.
