Oksibil, April 11 2024- Religious Figure, Mrs. Rev. Olga Theresia Pundoko, S.Th., appeals to all members of the congregation of the Evangelical Christian Church in Papua (GKI Maranatha Oksibil) and the entire community of Oksibil, Bintang Mountains, let us work together to maintain conducive security in the Oksibil area in particular and the Bintang Mountains in general.
The Rev. Mrs. said that the District Hut. The governorship will be carried out tomorrow, Friday, April 12 2024 according to the direction of the District Regional Government. The Governor said that tomorrow’s anniversary celebrations will be held at each congregation’s place of worship, both Christians in churches, Muslims in mosques and adherents of other religions.
The purpose of the Governor’s Hut Thanksgiving Service is to be held at a place of worship for us religious people to give thanks to Almighty God for his grace until the Bintang Mountains Regency turns 21 years old.
This Hut celebration is very special because it is being held for the first time in the history of the District. Pegubin was held. Therefore, religious leaders urge us to be grateful together by maintaining security together in the upcoming anniversary celebration as appealed by Mrs. Rev. Olga Theresia Pundoko, S.Th.

In another place, Head of the Cartenz Peace Operations Public Relations Task Force, Akbp Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.M., M.H., said that we will synergize with the TNI Polri Satwil to oversee community activities at the Governor’s Anniversary event later in order to anticipate security disturbances from the KKB and KKP.
“We will synergize with the Pegubin Regional Police Unit, TNI-Polri in order to anticipate disturbances to social security from the Pok KKB and KKP in the celebration of Pegubin Regency’s anniversary tomorrow. We urge us to participate in maintaining social security and order in the Oksibil region in particular and Pegubin in general.”
