Jayapura- 1 member of the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) on behalf of ALENUS TABUNI alias KOBUTER was arrested by the Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops Task Force in front of the Ilaga District Health Center, Puncak Regency while joining a group of people standing in front of the Ilaga District Health Center on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2024, Kombes Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., when confirmed said, 1 KKB member, ALENUS TABUNI alias KOBUTER was secured along with other evidence, namely, 1 (One) denomination of Rp100,000 and Rp 5,000, 1 (One) iron file, 1 (One) black Nokia brand cellphone and, Several other accessories findings.
“Our team from the Ops Damai Cartenz task force in the peak area has secured 1 KKB member, namely, ALENUS TABUNI alias KOBUTER. He was secured in front of the Ilaga District Health Center when he joined a group of people who were standing in front of the health center, “concluded Ka Ops Damai Cartenz.
Meanwhile, Head of the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Public Relations Task Force, AKBP. Bayu Suseno, SH, SIK, MM, MH, said that the chronology of the incident began when members of Ops Damai Cartenz in the peak area were conducting monitoring around the capital city of Ilaga District, precisely in the Koramil intersection area and received information that led to a group of people who were standing in front of the Ilaga District health center.
“Our members immediately went to a group of people who were standing in front of the health center and secured a KKB member, ALENUS TABUNI alias KOBUTER and currently the person concerned has been secured at the Puncak Police Station for further examination.” Said the Head of the Public Relations Task Force.
Furthermore, AKBP.
