Jayapura – Personnel from the Cartenz-2024 Peace Operation Task Force led by Dansector Iptu Muhammad Kasim Lating, S.Tr.K., carried out patrols and visits around Kiwirok District, Bintang Mountains Regency, Thursday (18/01/2024).
The patrol activity began with directions from Bripka Fotani Rahmat Zai to his colleagues. In his direction, he emphasized his commitment to maintaining security in Kiwirok while reminding personnel to always maintain safety while carrying out their duties.
After the direction, the activity continued with patrols around the Kiwirok District Market. Field observations indicate that the current situation is normal and conducive.
“It can be seen that the economy in Kiwirok District has improved. Aviation activities and government activities are returning to normal,” said Bripka Fotani Rahmat Zai.
Not only that, Cartenz-2024 Peace Ops personnel gave public security messages to the community, including, inviting the people of Kiwirok District to work together to maintain security ahead of the 2024 elections.
“Our presence here aims to provide a sense of security, protect and serve the community from disturbances in social security and order. “We ask for active participation from the community together with the TNI-Polri to jointly maintain security and social order,” he continued.
He also advised people not to be easily provoked by certain groups which could cause divisions.
“Let’s work together to keep this country peaceful and serene,” he added.
Responding to the efforts made by its personnel, the Head of Public Relations of the Cartens Peace Task Force, AKBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., M.M., said that collaborative efforts between security forces and the community are the key to creating a safe and peaceful environment in Kiwirok District.
“The presence of Central Sulawesi Brimob Personnel from the ODC-2024 Task Force in the Kiwirok District will continue to strive to ensure that the security and social security situation remains safe and conducive,” explained the Head of the Public Relations Task Force.
