Jayapura- After the attack carried out by the armed criminal group (KKB) in Serambakon district, Gunung Bintang regency, on September 18, 2023, the situation in the Oksibil district of Pegunungan Bintang Regency and its surroundings has improved and community activities have returned to normal, Monday/25/09/2023.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Cartenz-2023 Peace Operation Unit, Kombes Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos, S.I.K, M.H., when confirmed regarding the public security situation in the oksibil district and its surroundings.
Kombes Faizal in his presentation also said that the general security and public order situation (Kamtibmas) in Oksibil District and its surroundings, is currently safe and under control. Economic, educational, and banking activities are running as usual.
“People please carry out activities as usual. Ops Damai Cartez and TNI-POLRI officers are ready to maintain security in Oksibil District and its surroundings. For Serambakon District, TNI-POLRI officers and the Cartenz-2023 Peace Task Force have carried out security and will continue to protect the community from disturbances by armed criminal groups,” said Ka Ops Damai Cartenz-2023.
