Unknown People (OTK) are acting again in Intan Jaya district by stabbing one of the traders initials “OK” (40) in Wandoga village, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua, on Saturday, July 15, 2023.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz, Kombes Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos, S.I.K, M.H., when asked for information regarding the stabbing incident said, it is true that there was a stabbing of a trader by OTK in Intan Jaya Regency.
“The perpetrator is an OTK who uses a machete and slashes the victim “OK” (40) precisely in front of the victim’s kiosk. As a result of the machete slash, the victim suffered an injury to the back neck of approximately 10 cm,” said Ka Ops Damai Cartenz.
He continued, there were 3 eyewitnesses who saw the incident, namely, “RHA” (28), “EM” (25) and “KS” (20)., and from the results of the examination of witnesses who were at the scene, the witness explained that, at around 06.10 WIT, an OTK came to the victim’s kiosk to buy coffee sugar and Gabin Biscuits and was served by witness “R”. After receiving his groceries, the OTK was still standing in front of the kiosk door then came the victim “OK” the kiosk owner to lift his kiosk goods, suddenly he was slashed by the OTK with a machete slash on the back of his neck and the OTK immediately ran away.
