This time, the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) was involved in a shootout with Brimob personnel in Sugapa City, Intan Jaya, Central Papua, Monday (24/04/2023).
In the video that was obtained, the KKB Papua attacked the Komodo Mobile Brigade Post in Sugapa. A number of Brimob personnel were seen exchanging fire with the KKB Papua.

“Yes, it is true that there was gunfire between TNI-Polri personnel and the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) in Bilogai Village, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua,” said Kombes Donny.
As a result of the disturbance by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB), civil society living around the District fled to churches and the community immediately came down with bows and arrows to expel the KKB.
