Jayapura – The Jayapura Police Criminal Investigation Unit identified the crime scene (TKP) on the Trigana Air IL-222 Series 300 PK-YSC aircraft at Sentani International Airport, Sunday (12/3) morning.
Jayapura Police Chief AKBP Fredrickus WA Maclarimboen, S.IK., MH through the Kapolsek Sentani Airport Area Ipda Wajedi, SH., M.Sc and his team conducted a crime scene examination on the plane, to be precise in passenger seats no.7 C and 8 D and on the floor of the plane near seat no.7 C.
For passengers who were victims of the incident yesterday, after getting off the plane, the airline and we have communicated and the passenger asked to go straight home. “Indeed there were scratches on the passenger’s face but the person concerned asked to go home immediately because the injuries he suffered were not too serious,” added the police chief.

“Inspections were also carried out on the lower fuselage of the aircraft and the front of the aircraft compartment,” he explained.
The Trigana Air PK YSC B 373-500 aircraft was previously reported to have been shot by an Unknown Person (OTK) during landing and take off at Nop Goliat Dekai Airport, Yahukimo Regency, Papua Mountains Province.
