Jayapura – Benyamin Sembiring, an employee of PT IBS, was referred to TNI AD Rumkit TK.II Marthen Indey Jayapura for further medical treatment, Saturday (13/5).
Head of Papua Police Public Relations Kombes Pol Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo, S.H., S.I.K., M.Kom said, the series of activities began at 08.30 WIT, when Elang Nusantara Air PK-ELM aircraft with pilot Capt. Judha A. landed at the Old Apron of Oksibil Airport.
“At 08.48 WIT, the victim was loaded into an ambulance belonging to the RSUD Pegunungan Bintang, and moved to the Old Apron of Oksibil Airport for further transportation to Sentani Airport, Jayapura Regency,” explained Benny.
The entire series of activities was completed at 09.10 WIT.
Accompanying the victims in the evacuation were Pabung 1715/Yahukimo Major Arh Soni B.S. Simanjuntak and Markus Ribo (health worker).
“This evacuation is expected to help victims get adequate medical care,” concluded Head of Papua Police Public Relations Kombes Pol Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo.
